Subscriptions

Kodeno offers different subscription plans adapted to your needs. This section explains the different offers and how to manage your subscription.

Kodeno Plans​

Free​

The free plan allows you to discover Kodeno with essential features:

  • Real-time monitoring
  • Input/output configuration
  • Time schedules
  • 1 equipment

❌ Not included:

  • Automation scenarios
  • History and analysis
  • Priority support

Basic​

The Basic plan adds history and analysis to track the evolution of your installations:

✅ Included:

  • All Free features
  • Value history
  • Analysis charts
  • Unlimited equipment (with licenses)

❌ Not included:

  • Automation scenarios
  • Priority support

Premium​

The Premium plan unlocks all Kodeno features:

✅ Included:

  • All Basic features
  • IF-THEN-ELSE automation scenarios
  • Priority support
  • Advanced features

Premium Plan

Demo​

The Demo plan allows you to test all Premium features for a limited time:

  • Duration: 30 days
  • All Premium features
  • Perfect for evaluating Kodeno

Subscribe to a Plan​

From Your Client Space​

  1. Access your client space
  2. Click on the "Subscription" tab
  3. View available plans
  4. Click on "Choose" under the desired plan
  5. The plan is added to your cart

Choose Subscription

Proceed to Payment​

  1. Review your cart
  2. Fill in payment information
  3. Validate the transaction
  4. Your subscription is activated immediately

Payment Process

Renew a Subscription​

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled.

Enable Auto-Renewal​

  1. Access your client space
  2. Go to the "Subscription" tab
  3. Enable "Auto-renewal"
  4. Your payment method is charged automatically

Manual Renewal​

  1. You will receive reminder emails before expiration
  2. Click on "Renew" in your client space
  3. Proceed to payment

Cancel a Subscription​

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  1. Access your client space
  2. Go to the "Subscription" tab
  3. Click on "Cancel subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation
After Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the expiration date. After that, you return to the Free plan with limited features.

Equipment Licenses​

Equipment licenses are separate from the subscription:

  • Basic/Premium: Unlimited equipment with licenses
  • One license per equipment
  • Licenses are annual

Purchase Licenses​

  1. Access "Licenses" tab
  2. Click on "Purchase licenses"
  3. Select quantity
  4. Proceed to payment

Payment Methods​

Kodeno accepts:

  • 💳 Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • 💶 Bank transfer (for annual plans)
  • 📧 Invoice payment (for companies)

Invoices​

All your invoices are available in the "Billing" tab:

  • Download PDF invoices
  • View payment history
  • Update billing information

Troubleshooting​

Payment Failed​

Check:

  • Card validity
  • Sufficient balance
  • Correct billing information
  • Contact your bank if necessary

Subscription Not Activated​

If your subscription is not activated after payment:

  1. Check your confirmation email
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Contact support if the problem persists

Discount Code​

To apply a discount code:

  1. During payment, enter the code in the dedicated field
  2. Click on "Apply"
  3. The discount is applied to the total
