My Account

The My Account section allows you to manage your profile, users, and access all your client space management features.

Accessing My Account

Click on your name or avatar in the top right corner of the screen, then select "My Account" or "Client Space".

Available Tabs

Your client space is organized into several tabs:

Information

The Information tab displays your organization data:

  • Organization name
  • Address
  • Referring installer (if applicable)
  • Account creation date

Edit Information

  1. Click on "Edit"
  2. Update the information
  3. Save

Site Management

View and manage all your sites:

  • List of all sites
  • Number of equipment per site
  • Actions: Edit, Delete

Create a Site

  1. Click on "New Site"
  2. Fill in the information (name, address, description)
  3. Save

View and manage all your equipment:

  • List of all equipment
  • Connection status
  • Associated site
  • License status

Add Equipment

  1. Click on "New Equipment"
  2. Fill in the information (name, serial number, type)
  3. Associate it with a site (optional)
  4. Save

User Management

Manage people with access to your Kodeno space.

Available Roles

UserRead/write access to equipment

Add a User

  1. Click on "New User"
  2. Fill in the information:
    • First name and last name
    • Email address
    • Role
  3. Save

The user will receive an invitation email.

User Management

Edit a User

  1. Locate the user in the list
  2. Click on "Edit" (pencil icon)
  3. Modify the information
  4. Save

Delete a User

  1. Locate the user in the list
  2. Click on "Delete" (trash icon)
  3. Confirm deletion
Warning

Deleting a user is permanent and immediately removes their access to the Kodeno platform.

Subscription

View your current subscription:

  • Current plan (Free, Basic, Premium)
  • Renewal date
  • Remaining days
  • Price

Upgrade Subscription

  1. Click on "Upgrade Subscription"
  2. Choose the desired plan
  3. Proceed to payment

Subscription Management

Licenses

Equipment licenses allow you to use your equipment:

  • List of active licenses
  • Associated equipment
  • Expiration date

Purchase a License

  1. Click on "Purchase License"
  2. Select the number of licenses
  3. Proceed to payment

License Management

Sensor & Output Types

Manage custom types for your organization:

  • List of sensor types
  • List of output types
  • Create, edit, delete types

View your payment history:

  • List of invoices
  • Payment dates
  • Amounts
  • Download invoices

Change Password

  1. Click on "Change Password"
  2. Enter current password
  3. Enter new password
  4. Confirm new password
  5. Save

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Enable two-factor authentication for enhanced security:

  1. Access security settings
  2. Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authentication app
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your recovery codes
Security Tip

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account.
