Dashboard

The dashboard is the homepage of your Kodeno space. It provides you with a comprehensive view of your entire account: alerts, statistics, and quick access to your equipment and sites.

Accessing the Dashboard​

The dashboard is accessible:

  • Automatically after login
  • Via the sidebar by clicking on "Dashboard"
  • By clicking on the Kodeno logo

Dashboard Content​

Alerts and Notifications​

The alerts section informs you about important events:

  • Disconnected Equipment: List of equipment that is no longer communicating
  • Expiring Subscription: Reminder if your subscription is about to expire
  • Missing Licenses: Equipment requiring a license

Global Statistics​

Overview of your infrastructure:

  • Number of active sites
  • Number of deployed equipment
  • Equipment online / offline
  • Current subscription and remaining days

Quick Access​

From the dashboard, you can quickly access:

  • Your sites to view equipment by location
  • Your equipment for configuration and supervision
  • Your subscription to manage your plan
  • Your users to manage access

Subscription Status​

The dashboard clearly displays your subscription status:

Active Subscription​

  • Green badge indicating subscription type (Free, Basic, Premium)
  • Number of remaining days
  • Expiration date

Expiring Subscription​

  • Yellow warning if less than 30 days remaining
  • Renew button

No Subscription​

  • Red alert message
  • Invitation to subscribe

Actions from the Dashboard​

Create a New Site​

  1. Click on the "New Site" button
  2. Fill in site information
  3. Validate creation

Add Equipment​

  1. Click on "New Equipment"
  2. Select equipment type
  3. Enter serial number
  4. Associate with a site (optional)

Customization​

The dashboard adapts to your profile:

  • Standard user: View of their sites and equipment
  • Client administrator: Complete view with user management
