Welcome to the Kodeno installer documentation. This guide is designed for installers and technicians who deploy and configure Kodeno equipment for their clients.

What is Kodeno?

Kodeno is a SaaS platform for supervision and automation of connected equipment. As an installer, you can:

  • Deploy equipment for your clients
  • Configure PLCs and their connections
  • Manage client subscriptions and licenses
  • Provide technical support and maintenance
  • Access all client installations from a single interface

Installer Role

As a Kodeno installer, you have access to:

Overview of all your clients and their equipment.

Manage your client portfolio, create new accounts, and access their installations.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot equipment for your clients.

💳 Subscriptions

Manage licenses and subscriptions for your clients.


Getting Started

If you're new to Kodeno as an installer, we recommend:

  1. Review the Dashboard to understand your portfolio
  2. Learn how to manage clients
  3. Understand equipment deployment
  4. Familiarize yourself with subscription management
